Building Rental

Fairbanks Community Center has many different rooms that you can rent. This also includes the gym.

Meeting Rooms

We have two large rooms equipped with tables and chairs that can be used for parties and meetings of up to 40 people. The rental fee for a meeting room is $45.

Gym

We have a lovely gym with a full basketball court, volleyball net, pickleball set up, and stage. No food or drinks are allowed on the gym floor unless it is covered with tarps for a dinner. The gym can be rented exclusively for $80 for the day.

Kitchen

We have a full-size kitchen and cafeteria that can be used for dinners and parties. The cafeteria rental fee is $70 for the day.

Batting Cages

Practice hitting all year long in our pitching machine and all enclosed cages. Premarked areas to practice pitching. The batting cages rental fee is $60 for the day.

Rental Information

A security deposit equal to rental amount is required for scheduling the event. The rental fee and deposit must be paid in advance.

The following rental agreements must also be completed and sent with a deposit.
